Volunteer With ECF

You Can Help!

ECF is seeking community members to the following volunteer roles for communication and planning to become more involved with Eastmont Community Foundation and the community. Contact us for more information or if you’re interested in one of these opportunities. We also have volunteer hours for the ACCE program.

Opportunities include:

  • Grant writer: May lead to an hourly position searching for and writing grants for ECF

  • Old Town Fields:

    • Obtaining banner sales and sponsorships for concerts

    • Ongoing promotion of concerts on social media

    • Volunteers to work the gate, ID table, concert setup and field cleanup at one or more concerts

  • Waldron:

    • Ongoing promotion of fitness classes and schedule

    • 5k race: Putting participant bags togetherl packet pickup; onsite registration, setup and race cleanup

  • Casino Night

    • Event promotion on social media and ticket sales

    • Coordination and solicitation of silent auction items

  • Tomato Festival:

    • Event coordinator

    • Day-of volunteers needed for setup, cleanup, vendor registration, contest registration, drink sales, food-ticket sales, merchandise sales, TomatOlympics registration, recycling

    • Ongoing promotion of festival on social media
